Gut-wrenching footage shows the moment a teenager sobs for help as her beloved pup lies dying after being torn apart by a 'devil' dog.

Renata Aladenika, 18, claims the 'cowardly' owner scarpered following the savage attack by her '11-stone' dog. Renata was walking her miniature pinscher Rocco in London's Woolwich Common when a lead-less bull mastiff ran over and shook him 'like a rag doll'.

Quick-thinking Renata filmed the beast's owner dragging him away by the collar as Rocco lay bleeding in the grass and the teen sobs 'he's dying' over her pet and screams 'I don't know what to do'.

Heartbreaking photos then show the devastated college student saying goodbye to 'best friend' Rocco as his injuries were so severe he had to be put to sleep.
