Mental health warrior Fergus Crawley was overcome with emotion when he was crowned our overall Young Scot of 2022.After accepting his award, he told the audience he hoped his tears on stage would send out the message to other blokes that it is OK to cry.Since attempting suicide in 2016, Fergus, 26, has made it his life's mission to encourage other young men to talk about their feelings before it is too late. The personal trainer from Edinburgh has also raised a staggering £100,000 for men's mental health charities.
