Strictly's Hamza Yassin sparks concern as he suffers nasty knee issue just one week in

What's happening?""It's just prevention," chimed Jowita.The CBeebies star explained: "I'm complaining about knee pains all the time, my knees are hurting. It's kicking and this is what she has to do basically, to keep me from not complaining.""And it works! So I can last nine hours a day, six days a week," he added.The pair revealed that their routine for this weekend is the Jive which will be performed to The Weeknd's Blinding Lights.Speaking about joining the cast of Strictly, the Animal Park star admitted he was "over the moon" as he's watched the show for years.He said: "I am absolutely over the moon to be joining Strictly 2022."Never in a million years did I think I’d be on such a cool show.

Helen Skelton exclaims 'Jesus Christ' over 'intense' issue with Gorka amid Strictly injury
Helen Skelton, 39, has shared a painful moment alongside her Strictly Come Dancing partner Gorka Marquez.The star posted a short clip of Gorka adopting a strange pose over a table in their rehearsal space. The dancer was hanging over a kitchen counter with his legs flung over the table top as he balanced himself with his hands. Helen was filming her partner's bizarre antics, and shared the "intense" moment with her 340,000 followers. She could be heard saying: "You alright mate?" as her co-star responded affirmatively, although the Spanish dancer was clearly in some pain. The star then strolled with her phone over to a mirror before panning down towards her sore feet, while adding the caption: "It's intense."She then could be heard muttering: "Jesus Christ", under her breath as she showed fans her bruised feet from weeks of hard training. It follows as she took to the picture-sharing platform earlier this week to share snaps of her "bloodied" and "bruised "trotters."Helen shared the snaps shortly before her second performance with Gorka on Saturday night. She captioned the post: “And the aim of the game is to be sexy..."Not with these trotters” followed by laughing face emojis and the hashtag #nopainnogain.Despite the difficult physical element of the show, she said she was nevertheless "loving every part of the journey."Posting a smiling selfie with Gorka, the 39-year-old wrote: “Feet on fire and head exploding but loving every second of this journey.”She also shared a video of Gorka jumping out on people as a practical joke.Helen said: “Somehow @gorka_marquez finding time to prank everyone."She added: “It’s been a big old week of training so far and still a lot to do...
