Instagram clip. Former weather girl Sol Perez left little to the imagination in her leg workout on social media. Posing to her 5.5 million followers on Instagram, the South American goddess dipped it low for a sweaty workout in the sun.
She performed a series of techniques which target the glutes and hamstrings.In the second clip, Perez lied on her back and performed glute bridges with her resistance bands.Then she swiftly moved on to target her legs some more by doing a jumping lunge.
