Strictly Come Dancing has revealed former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is the final star to join the line-up for the 2020 series.
Jacqui joins a whole host of famous faces including comedian Bill Bailey, Clara Amfo Ravir Singh, and Jamie Laing among others.The 57-year-old, who was the first female Home Secretary, resigned in 2009 following her involvement in the parliamentary expenses scandal.This year there are fewer celebrities signed up for the programme, due to a shorter run of just nine shows as opposed to 12.Changes have been made to the format due to the coronavirus pandemic.Earlier in the year, the show hung in the balance as the outbreak gripped the UK and the rest of the world.The series will begin later than the original September.
