It's in a bid to fill job vacancies as restaurant bosses across the country report a massive shortage of hospitality workers.
Brexit and the pandemic have both been cited as reasons many have left the country and the industry, with hospitality recruitment here in Manchester described as a 'battleground'.
Hawksmoor operates one of the city centre's most popular restaurants, consistently voted one of the best in the region since opening on Deansgate in 2015.
