And it is expected to get hotter once again, as forecasters anticipate thermostats to peak above 28C once again in the south west of the country.
While a number of us enjoy topping up our tan and seeing pals outside, others can find it unbearable.Scots have been urged to look out for signs of heatstroke when they are out and about in the warm weather.
