Sex and the City rumoured for revival series without Kim Cattrall

Cattrall reinforced her stance on a return to the franchise last year, telling interviewer Piers Morgan that she now just wants to work with "good people and try and make it fun" after supposedly feuding with co-star Sarah Jessica Parker.
