A "sadistic" husband who stabbed his wife and her new lover to death in a New Year's Day "bloodbath" has been jailed for at least 31 years.

Former head teacher Rhys Hancock launched a frenzied knife attack against wife Helen Hancock and Martin Griffiths - inflicting 103 injuries against the pair - at the former marital home in Duffield, Derbyshire.
