Ruud van Nistelrooy insists Manchester United intend to play attacking football and be the 'dominant side' ahead of their game against Chelsea.
The 48-year-old is preparing to take charge of his first Premier League clash after he oversaw a commanding 5-2 victory over Leicester City in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.
The club confirmed the appointment of Ruben Amorim as Erik ten Hag's permanent successor yesterday, but Van Nistelrooy will remain in interim charge until the international break.
United have league fixtures against Chelsea and Leicester as well as a Europa League tie with PAOK to come before Amorim takes over.
