Roy Keane has been described as the ‘ultimate leader’ by his former Manchester United team-mate Darren Fletcher. The Scot played alongside the Irishman for two full seasons following his graduation from the club’s youth academy and has now opened up on why he relished the chance to learn from the veteran.
Fletcher has been without a club since exiting Stoke City in the summer after spending time with West Bromwich Albion after leaving Old Trafford, having won eight major trophies with the Red Devils.
