The 28 year old, whose dad Martin recently spoke out about male suicide, first took to his Instagram stories to warn his 1.4million followers about the graphic snap as he wrote: "Warning.
Next story is gross." He then shared the picture which showed his bloody hand bruised over with a long nail sticking out from the top, underneath the knuckle of his third finger.
