Robbie Williams is making greeting card-sized artwork to sell at a new gallery he’s setting up. The 46-year-old singer is hand-painting his designs on to cards printed with his song lyrics, which he is painstakingly typing out using just two fingers on a pink typewriter.
He has plans to showcase the cards at his new venture, a gallery that turns into a nightclub. Robbie says: “It’s going to be the opposite of Studio 54, which was exclusive and pretentious.” He says he will DJ at club nights called Kindness, and throw pyjama parties for all in his venue.
His latest works include the lyrics, “I’m contemplating thinking about thinking, it’s overrated just get another drink in” from Come Undone.
