Rio Ferdinand believes Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be judged on how the team do over the course of the season and not a few months into the 2021/2022 campaign.
United succumbed to a 4-2 defeat on Saturday against Leicester City which brought more pressure on Solskjaer's shoulders. Despite a relatively easy opening fixture schedule compared to United’s rivals, the team have only won four of their opening eight league fixtures and have been dumped out of the Carabao Cup in the third round.
The defeat to the Foxes continued United’s poor form, with one win from the last four league matches and two wins from the last six games in all competitions.
