Rihanna has apologised for offending Muslims with her Savage X Fenty fashion show. On October 2 the hitmaker laid on a virtual fashion show to unveil her latest collection of racy lingerie.
The event was choreographed to a song named Doom - created by a London-based producer Coucou Chloe - that remixes audio that features an Islamic Hadith about Judgement Day.
Hadiths are sacred texts in Islam, which represent the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad. Hadiths are used by Muslims, alongside the Quran - which is the word of God - for guidance in their lives.
Fans were left outraged and offended after hearing the music played at Rihanna's show and hit out the Umbrella songstress for "disrespectfully" using the Hadith.
