dailyrecord.co.ukResidents living in constant fear as they stay at home during lockdown are moving out of their troubled Perth city centre flats.Earlier this month, the PA revealed residents at the Pomarium Flats were terrified in their own homes as a result of deliberate fires, violent assaults, anti-social behaviour and brazen drug abuse.And at the weekend there was yet another deliberate fire in the communal bin area.Councillors have revealed a positive line of enquiry is now being pursued into Sunday’s blaze in the communal bin area and the bin chutes have now been closed off.According to residents there has been a constant stream of fires since December, with the police and fire service in regular attendance at the city centre flats.Tributes paid to
