Scott McTominay has detailed Ralf Rangnick's mentality behind the scenes as the Scotland international praised the Manchester United interim manager for the early work he has put in place.
The 63-year-old succeeded Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on a six-month contract after the Norwegian was sacked following a poor run of form and he became the first German manager to win on their debut in the Premier League after Fred's winner against Crystal Palace.
Rangnick has been praised for his approach to football in his native country and been credited as an inspiration for current top-flight managers Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel - both of whom have enjoyed success on English soil.
