He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

Pub owners are desperately calling for a reopening date amid concerns many won't survive the third lockdown. The British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) is urging the government for a clear timeline and a "roadmap to recovery".

Boris Johnson insists the government has a plan for reopening the economy - but it won't be revealed until after February 22.

However, it is feared pubs, along with other hospitality businesses, could be the very last to reopen. The BBPA said trading restrictions, including a 10pm curfew and mandatory closures, cost the sector £7.8billion last year. Are you a landlord or pub owner who has struggled?
