Marston’s had been operating under Boris Johnson’s 10pm curfew, and reported better than market rate profits pre-lockdown.However, the move was a hit to late night venues across the country, which typically make their money between the hours of 11pm and 2am.Johnson dealt a further blow to the hospitality industry on Monday October 12 with his three-tier local lockdown plan.
