The probe in to a terrifying masked silverware raid at the Scottish mansion of ex-Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has come to an end - with the robbers escaping justice.
Thieves stole medals and trophies from the plush pad, near Bearsden, last March, just a week after Northern Irishman Rodgers, 47, swapped the Hoops for English Premier League side Leicester City.The balaclava-clad robbers shone torches on his petrified partner Charlotte, 36, as she slept in the master bedroom.She managed to activate a panic button, escape to the bathroom, locking herself in, and phone Rodgers, while the crooks made off with mementos from his trophy-laden stint at Parkhead, between 2016 and February 2019.
