Princess Anne turns 70 today, but like everyone who has celebrated in a birthday in the pandemic she's been forced to change her plans.
While the recent easing of restrictions means she'll hopefully be able to see her family and friends, there is one big royal tradition she'll miss out on.
To mark the big birthdays of senior members of the royal family - including the Queen, Charles, and Duke and Duchess of Cambridge - Westminster Abbey rings its bells.
However social distancing means that can't happen for Anne's special day. The Church of England and the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers have decided to suspend all bell ringing until further notice to keep the volunteers who do it safe.
