It has been alleged that Bashir created fake bank account documents to try and convince the Princess’ brother to give him an interview with her.
The fake bank account documents allegedly suggested that Princess Diana‘s closest confidantes were being paid off to release information about her to the press.
An investigation is now taking place to discover if this is true. Prince William released the following statement to People magazine, saying, “The independent investigation is a step in the right direction.
