Prince Charles’ plans to build a new mansion for Prince William and Kate Middleton in Herefordshire has reportedly been scrapped.The Princes of Wales has spent almost two decades pulling together plans for a brand new luxury property in Highgrove.It had been believed that these plans were for a future home for the younger royals and their children.Representatives of Prince Charles have confirmed the plans for the home, which would have been the focal point of the estate, have been put on hold.The plans for the project had already been approved back in 2004 when architect Craig Hamilton designed the project.Prince Charles acquired the 900 acre estate in 2000, which back then was considered to be delipidated.Work began on the estate three.
