Prince Harry has revealed that he began serious therapy around five years ago following an argument with his future wife, Meghan Markle.
The 36-year-old Duke of Sussex has opened up to Oprah Winfrey about his decision to quit the royal family as well as traumatic memories of his childhood.
During the Apple documentary The Me You See, which focuses on mental health, Harry admitted to needing therapy long before he sought it out.
It was only following a dispute with Meghan, that he decided to 'deal with his past' in order to make his relationship work. "I quickly established that if this relationship was going to work, I had to deal with my past," Harry told Oprah.
