Death in Paradise star Ralf Little has opened up about his future on the beloved BBC show.The star plays Neville Parker, who is the Detective in charge of the Saint Marie police station.There have been a lot of rumours about whether the actor will return again after the final episode of season 11 airs this week.Now Ralf has taken to social media to open up about rumours of his future on the series.This comes as he gave an interview to The Sunday Times earlier today where it was claimed he will film series 12 later this year.Posting on Twitter, Ralf clarified: “I’m happy with my @thesundaytimes interview with the lovely Julia Llewellyn Smith.“But sometimes what you actually said needs to be paraphrased to fit in, which can leave you accidentally misquoted/“So, some (very) minor corrections/contextualisations…”The actor went on to add: “At the end it says I am definitely going back to film series 12.“That is not true as that discussion is still ongoing.“I wouldn’t bring it up now, except I don’t want other papers to start saying I’ve made an official announcement when I haven’t.”This isn’t the first time that Ralf has addressed his future on the BBC series.He’s been open in many past interviews about if he’ll be returning to the show.Speaking on Saturday Kitchen earlier in February, he said he can’t confirm his future on the show.Ralf explained: "It’s just I have filmed the series that I was originally contracted to do.“But there's no indication that they don't want me to go back, it hasn't been agreed yet."Viewers will therefore just have to wait and see if he’ll be making his exit from the series.He would be following in the footsteps of previous detectives if he does, as the role is replaced every few seasons.So far,
