Portsmouth boss Danny Cowley has dismissed speculation linking Manchester City goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu with a move to Liverpool.
The 19-year-old made the move to the south coast on a season-long loan during the summer, and has impressed with his performances at Fratton Park so far.
The Republic of Ireland international is joint-top for clean sheets in League One, and his form for Pompey has led to suggestions that a number of clubs are keeping a keen eye on him.
Among those sides linked are City’s Premier League title rivals Liverpool, while Bournemouth and a number of other Championship sides have reportedly been impressed by Bazunu’s performances.
