Bodycam footage shows a man being arrested by Reynolds’ colleague, PC Aimee Dix, for being drunk and disorderly.He called Reynolds a “bald c***”, the misconduct hearing was told.Footage then shows Reynolds spray the drunk man in the face from just six to eight inches away with PAVA spray.Reynolds admitted he was aware PAVA spray can harm the eyes at short distances but the man who was being arrested said he had his eyes closed because “he knew the spray was coming”.CCTV then shows Reynolds pull him out of the back of the police car and push him roughly, causing the drunk man to topple to the floor.Reynolds admitted to pulling the man up from the ground by the handcuffs but denied losing his temper.He asserted the force.
