Jeff Brazier pays heartfelt tribute to late father who died in tragic circumstances

Jeff Brazier has opened up about the death of his father Stephen Faldo, as he admitted he's finally been able to come to terms with the tragic events of his passing.

Stephen died in 1989 when the boat he was captain of was involved in a fatal collision that caused the deaths of 51 people. 41-year-old Jeff, who is now dad to two boys himself, said that for the first time he's been ready to find out about what happened that day.

Taking to Instagram, Jeff shared an old photograph of his dad and wrote: "Meet Stephen Faldo, my biological father that fate was cruel enough to ensure I would never get to meet."
