Police fine 12 lockdown louts after officers break up gathering at Scots boozer

dailyrecord.co.ukA group of 12 lockdown louts have been fined after they met up at a Clackmannanshire boozer at the weekend. Police were alerted to the gathering at the Abercromby Arms, Tullibody, at around 7pm on Saturday night.
A woman and 11 men were all issued on the spot fines for breaching the current guidelines on social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Emergency legislation from the Scottish Government says that people can only venture out for essential needs and must stay two metres away from people in other households.
All pubs and restaurants are the among the businesses to be closed as the government seeks to mitigate the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
