Seated at a table at Grosvenor House next to his GMB co-star Charlotte Hawkins, Piers posed for the selfie with the fan's face hidden by her sparkly phone case.
Looking displeased, Piers held back from smiling as the fan wrapped her arm around his head to get the photo. But Piers didn't seem too uncomfortable as he took to writing the photo's caption.
