Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Piers Morgan may be falling out with former on-screen co-host Susanna Reid as he took a swipe at her in relation to his Good Morning Britain replacement.
The 56-year-old loudmouth sensationally walked out of the GMB studio back in March in a protest over discussions following the controversial Meghan Markle interview with US talkshow superstar Oprah Winfrey.
Piers’ contract with the show was subsequently not renewed and both parties agreed to part ways – while the host took to other news channels soon after to argue about freedom of speech.
ITV have subsequently hired former Labour spin doctor Alastair Campbell as his replacement, with the 63-year-old joining 50-year-old Susanna to host GMB during the week.
