PIERS Morgan has insisted celebrities have been "put firmly back in their box" during the coronavirus crisis insisting no one cares about them any more.
The 55-year-old Good Morning Britain host said health workers were the new heroes in a wide-ranging interview with The Sun's TV Mag.
He said: " I don’t miss the celebrity stuff at all – celebrities have been put firmly back in their box. "The real stars are the health workers.
They’re the people that we need to value highest.” Singled out for particular criticism were Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who Piers branded "utterly irrelevant" in the current climate.
