Piers Morgan has fumed over the idea of tighter coronavirus restrictions saving Christmas this year. The Good Morning Britain host went off on one of his signature rants this morning while discussing reports that families could be allowed to gather for up to five days during the festive period.
Talks have been taking place between the Scottish, Welsh, Northern Irish and UK governments to potentially allow some normality over Christmas.
But Piers has taken issue with this plan while highlighting that other religious festivals were celebrated during heavy restrictions earlier in the pandemic.
