The Beeb did a U-turn today and announced that a select group of singers will perform classic anthems Rule Britannia and Land of Hope and Glory during Last Night.
They had previously decided to have the songs performed without lyrics and choirs to adhere to social distancing measures. Reacting to the new development, Good Morning Britain host Piers tweeted: ‘Those who think the BBC/Rule Britannia!
