Phillip Schofield revealed one book, in particular, has helped him "big time" in recent months as he chatted with author Charlie Mackesy on This Morning.
Published last October, his book, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, has topped bestseller lists for months. Along with his co-host Holly Willoughby, Phil revealed he had been personally affected by the graphic novel, which follows the friendship between four thought-provoking creatures.
Opening up to Charlie, the 58-year-old ITV star said: "It's helped me, Charlie." Cartoonist Charlie replied: "Has it?" Nodding his head, Phil confirmed: "Big time." He continued: "You say that the biggest journey in life is the internal one.
