Philippe Clement says he's already drawing up a battle plan for January - but hailed several of his Rangers stars for stepping into the injury breach.
Clement was speaking ahead of Sunday's clash with Hearts where he is looking to build on a largely positive start to life at Ibrox.
A 4-0 win over Hibs was followed up by a 0-0 draw away to Sparta Prague, where he admitted side's performance wasn't all there but drew positives from their battling mentality and another clean sheet.Looking ahead to the showdown with the Jamboss, where his team are looking to keep the turnaround going with another home win, Clement is adamant he's been able to find 'solutions' to his injury crisis within the current squad.
But he hinted there will be changes in January when the time comes.He said: "I am here to build the team and make them stronger - that is where my focus lies and not on any external noise.
