The 21-year-old has enjoyed a sparkling season at the Etihad, registering 18 goals as Manchester City lifted the Premier League and the Carabao Cup.Foden has been named in Southgate's 26-man squad for the Euros and is expected to star at this summers tournament; with his new hairdo he certainly won't go unnoticed.The Three Lions forward revealed his Gascoigne-esk barnet to his followers on Instagram with the caption 'Euro 96 vibes'.The hairstyle was dyed and cut by Sheldon Edwards who also cuts the hair of fellow England players Raheem Sterling and Jadon Sancho.
