Manchester United reportedly put a Ballon d’Or clause into their bid for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho earlier in the week.The clause would see Dortmund receive some money if Sancho was to finish in the top three of the voting for the illustrious trophy in the future.The Red Devils had an offer worth around £75 million rejected, with the German club asking for around £86 million for the deal to go through, according to The Athletic.The club that finished third in the Bundesliga last season are reportedly happy to receive add-ons in the offer, but would prefer to have the clauses based on team success rather than individual accolades.Both sides were hoping to strike a deal before the start of Euros, but United remain around £10 million.
