Nvidia has announced a series of upcoming bundles for GeForce desktops and laptops that will come with a free copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.The hardware manufacturer will provide a free digital copy of the game to anyone buying a participating GeForce RTX desktop or laptop system. Xbox Kinect to play the Final Fantasy XIV Dancer Job, and it seems to work really well.Louis ‘Super Louis 64’ Hamilton, a content creator and Final Fantasy XIV player best known for thinking up creative ways to play the game, recently shared his latest idea on Twitter which saw him playing the Dancer Job using an Xbox Kinect (thanks, PCGamesN).The video shows Super Louis 64 hooked up to a Kinect and using the motion control technology of the device to play the game as a Dancer.

Deck Nine has announced that an upcoming patch for Life Is Strange: True Colors will fix the common t-pose bug.In a new community post, the developer shared a new roadmap for upcoming patches True Colors will receive following its release earlier this month in the form of three-week updates.The week 1 update, which is available now, resolved some ray-tracing issues on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC as well as fixed a save file bug, a black screen issue, and an aggressive lighting issue on Steam.On September 27, the week 2 update will release and will introduce a fix to the common t-pose bugs that affect Alex and Jed in Chapter 2 on all platforms.

Balan Wonderworld earlier this year, game director and former head of Sonic Team Yuji Naka has announced that he is now working alone to develop a new game. The news comes via a tweet from Naka celebrating his 56th birthday, after he left Square Enix following the lacklustre release of 3D platformer Balan Wonderworld.He said in the tweet: “Recently I’ve started studying programs again, and I’m making a simple game for smartphones with Unity. It’s not a big deal because it’s made by one person, but programming for making games is fun.

Square Enix has confirmed that its MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV will make an appearance at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.Announced in a new blog post uploaded to Twitter, Square Enix revealed that fans can expect to see Final Fantasy XIV and producer and director Naoki Yoshida at Tokyo Games Show.“This year’s Tokyo Game Show will be held online, and Square Enix will take part with plenty of news to share during the event,” the post read.“On Sunday, we’ll be featuring A Stroll with Yoshi-P, where producer and director Naoki Yoshida will be taking a leisurely trip to a random World in Final Fantasy XIV.

Final Fantasy XIV player shared their experience from when they decided to mod a Yu-Gi-Oh! duel disk to function as a controller for the game.The project was originally shared last month by creator SuperLouis64 on their Twitter (thanks Kotaku), where they showed off how a duel disk can be combined with a mouse and keyboard whilst doing dungeon raids. Apparently it took “weeks of work to get this to work” and it “was well worth it.”Since SuperLouis64 posted a video to the r/ffxiv subreddit yesterday (September 6) their use of a duel disk in the game has exploded.

Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy 14 x Final Fantasy 15 collaboration event will return next week.According to the announcement Tweet, the crossover event will return on September 13 and will run until October 18, allowing players to earn exclusive, limited-time rewards in the MMORPG.During the event, players will engage in a quest with Final Fantasy 15‘s protagonist Noctis, take on a boss battle and earn items such as his outfit, iconic hairstyle, orchestration rolls, a Triple Triad card, as well as the four-seater Regalia Type-G mount featured in the 2016 game.Players will be able to pick up the quest ‘The Man in Black’ from the NPC Kipih Jakkya in the city of Ul’dah.

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XIV‘s seasonal event, Moonfire Faire, will begin next week.The Moonfire Faire is a yearly Final Fantasy XIV event that takes place on the beaches of the in-game location, Costa Del Sol.This summer, the seasonal event will return, beginning on August 13 and running until August 26 and will offer brand new rewards for players.As always, you’ll be able to start the event by searching for a quest; this year, you’ll want to look for a quest called ‘Unseasonable Chills’ in Limsa Lominsa from an NPC called Mayaru Moyaru.

Life Is Strange: True Colors will let you play arcade games and join LARP sessions with the character, Steph.Square Enix recently released a brand new promotional video for the upcoming Life Is Strange title, ‘Welcome to Haven Springs!’, guiding the player through the game’s setting with the help of side character Steph Gingrich.The narrated video goes into detail on Haven Spring’s many locations, including the local bar where players can actually “take on the top scores” of classic arcade games, some that are reminiscent of the most famous retro titles.
