David Walliam's supermodel ex-wife branded him 'mean' long before his BGT scandal
Britain's Got Talent after his disrespectful comments about a former contestant were exposed. However, the star, whose historic gags on Little Britain have also been deemed "controversial" by critics, was even declared "mean" by ex-wife Lara Stone at the height of their romance.Dutch fashion model Lara, 38, married David around one year after meeting him back in 2009, and they were divorced six years later. However, even when the Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Prada model declared herself "madly in love" with him in an interview given just after the pair got engaged, she still admitted he was "a bit mean".She'd added to Interview magazine that she interpreted his mean streak "in a good way".The pair went on to have a son, Alfred, now nine, before ending their marriage in 2015 after David cited "unreasonable behaviour".An anonymous colleague on BGT has since referenced Lara's comments, and added that he previously fell out with his Little Britain co-star Matt Lucas - now more famous for hosting Great British Bake Off - over "nothing".The colleague added in quotes published in the Daily Mail: "If you talk to any of the make-up artists or crew, they will say the same thing, that he just conjures an atmosphere."He will sit there and not speak and everyone ends up on eggshells.

David Walliams' notorious moments including vile skit where he pulled men's trousers down
Britain’s Got Talent in 2020. It is reported that he called one contestant a “c***” and said of another: “She thinks you want to f*** her, but you don’t.”As David continues to face backlash on social media, several of his past appearances have been discussed, including an uncomfortable skit which saw him pull down men’s trousers on stage. The footage, which was filmed in 2007, appears in a BBC documentary that followed David and former co-star Matt Lucas take their Little Britain stage show to Australia. It shows David playing a children’s entertainer called Des Kay who invites men from the audience to play a game of “hide the sausage”. In the disturbing video, David invites one boy on stage who says he is 16, to which David replied: “Bingo! You’re a big boy for 16 aren’t you, eh? That’s what I’ll tell the judge.”  He then proceeds to kiss the audience members on the lips and then pulls down their trousers, leaving a few of them semi-naked on stage and scrambling to cover themselves up.The clips also show David climbing on top of the boys and rubbing against them as part of the skit.Speaking about the skit at the time, David said on the documentary: “It didn’t start like that, it kind of grew when I became greedy for laughs.“You’ve got to know the boundaries, I mean, that is funny, but if I started exposing their penis or something, it would just be horrible, it would just be abuse.” The clip is now circulating again on social media.
