Kevin Costner's estranged wife went to court on Wednesday and got some harsh news — her request for more time to move out of the star's home was denied and she's also been ordered to move out by the end of the month.Christine Baumgartner, flanked by her attorney, attended the hearing in Santa Barbara, California, and was ordered to move out of Costner's home by July 31. She had previously said in court documents that she would agree to move out by Aug.

Kevin Costner and his wife, Christine Baumgartner, filed for divorce in May of this year and are due in court Wednesday for a case-management conference. The couple, who share three children, had been married for 18 years before calling it quits.  Both Costner and Baumgartner filed for joint custody of their children as well.  Representing Costner in the proceedings is Laura Wasser, the go-to celebrity divorce attorney.

Costner says the property, which he obtained 16 years before the duo married, is where the couple were living with their three children when Baumgartner filed for divorce on May 1.

Rolling Stone reports that, during a trial-setting conference held in LA last Friday (August 5), Samantha Spector was formally discharged as West’s attorney.
