How I Met Your Mother actor Nick Pasqual has reportedly been caught attempting to flee to Mexico after allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend.The actor, 34, is said to be imprisoned in a remote Texas jail, with reports claiming that he is awaiting extradition back to California. He has reportedly been charged with attempted murder, burglary and domestic violence.The charges were brought against Pasqual last month in connection with the attack on 35-year-old Allie Shehorn, who was stabbed more than 20 times in her Los Angeles home.Now, Pasqual, who has starred in Rebel Moon, American Gangster: Trap Queens and America’s Most Wanted, is being held in Hudspeth County Jail in Sierra Blanca.

The brothers are serving life without parole for the 1989 murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez. At a press conference Monday morning, Hochman said that the brothers have failed to acknowledge that their claim of self defense was “fabricated,” and thus have not taken responsibility for the crimes.

Hochman also noted that the brothers gave a series of shifting stories about the murders, and also pressured their friends to help them by lying in court.
