Bam Margera following a “physical confrontation” on Sunday. In a statement, police say they were called to a Chester County residence at 11 a.m. on April 23 in response to a reported disturbance. The former “Jackass” star was allegedly involved in an altercation with someone at the household, who suffered minor injuries. “Margera fled into a wooded area prior to the arrival of [Pennsylvania State Police] and has not been located at this time,” reads the statement. A warrant for his arrest was issued on Monday.

Bam Margera has a warrant issued for his arrest following an alleged domestic dispute on Sunday. In documents obtained by ET, the former star is facing misdemeanor charges after Pennsylvania police responded to a call by his brother. The documents state that on Sunday, police were called to a Chester, Pennsylvania residence for a «domestic in progress.» Upon arriving at the residence, the police spoke with Bam's brother, Jesse Margera, and father, Phil Margera Jr., who informed the officers that the reality star fled into the nearby woods following the incident.According to the docs, Jesse alleged that around 8 a.m., he was woken up to Bam kicking and banging on his locked bedroom door. As Jesse exited his room, he alleged that he saw a note from Bam that read, «If you even f**king think of calling the police on me I will officially f**k you up, singed Bam.»Jesse alleged that when he entered the kitchen, he saw Bam urinating into the kitchen sink.

Jackass star Bam Margera has been arrested after allegedly causing a scene at an LA restaurant while intoxicated.As TMZ reports Burbank police were called at 3.45pm on Wednesday (March 29) to a disturbance at a Thai restaurant where Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd and their five-year-old son Phoenix were eating.As police arrived Margera was allegedly in a “dispute” with a woman while drunk, although it’s unclear whether the person involved was his estranged wife.Sources told the outlet that Margera was “unable to take care of himself and was arrested” for misdemeanour public intoxication.After the alleged incident footage circulated online showing Margera leaving the restaurant and being approached by officers.Earlier this month the Jackass star was arrested for domestic violence after a woman claimed that he kicked her.Boyd filed for legal separation from Margera last month after the pair quietly broke up in 2021. They have been married since 2013.She is requesting legal and physical custody of their son, spousal support, and for Margera to cover her legal fees.In a statement Boyd’s attorney David Glass said: “Nikki Margera felt compelled to file for legal separation from her husband, Bam Margera, due to his continuing drug and alcohol abuse, erratic behaviour, and due to his failure to provide support for her and their son.”In 2021 Margera entered a one-year drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.

Bam Margera, 42, allegedly checked himself out of a Florida rehabilitation facility without prior authorization as required by a court orderInsiders told the outlet the West Chester, Pennsylvania native likely did not relapse, after he finished a year in a drug and alcohol treatment program, but it was not immediately clear as Margera has not been on his medication since his departure.Margera was irked that he was not receiving 'special treatment' from staff at the facility, which led him to leave, sources told the outlet.
