Kelley for his prolific career in television. David remains one of the most influential figures in television – having created iconic roles for women in “Ally McBeal,” “Big Little Lies” and “Big Sky.” Kelley is a trailblazer for creating complex female characters on television, especially in his early career when such characters were unknown in primetime television.  

Ellen DeGeneres looked downcast as she was spotted out for the first time since the death of her ex-girlfriend Anne Heche.The US talk show host has kept a low profile since Emmy-winning actress Heche died aged 53 following a horror car crash in Los Angeles, California on August 5. Heche had been left with serious injuries after her car ploughed into a residential building in the Mar Vista area, before exploding into flames. She was rushed to hospital and slipped into a coma while fighting severe lung damage and burns. However, doctors later said she would not survive and she was officially declared dead by the state of California.
