But, according to The Athletic, Pogba has snubbed a potential switch to the Etihad in favour of a move to the continent. His future now seems to be with one of Europe's elite, with ESPN claiming that he has prioritised a move to either former club Juventus or Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG are said to be leading in the race, in part due to their greater finances. The French giants are one of the wealthiest clubs in the world and can offer Pogba considerably more than Juventus.
