Patrice Evra has lifted the lid on one occasion when Sir Alex Ferguson gave the entire Manchester United squad the infamous 'hairdryer treatment'.

The legendary Scottish manager was renowned for his wrath when Red Devils players did not act appropriately as ambassadors for the club.

And during one pre-season tour, even United icons including Ryan Giggs, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney were subject to a verbal barrage after they refused to sign autographs for fans after a match.
