The parents of tragic Matthew McCombe have shared an online obituary so friends who can’t be at his funeral can pay their respects.
The 21-year-old - who was the grandson of late Celtic legend Billy McNeill - vanished while on a trip to Amsterdam with friends on March 14.
A desperate search was launched for the talented footballer, from East Kilbride, with his famous granddad’s former club among the first to the share appeals for information.
But Matthew’s body was recovered just over two weeks later, with heartbroken parents Paula and Charlie sharing the news on April 1.
