Describing the 21-year-old grandson of Celtic legend Billy McNeill as a "fine young man", the club said it was "devastated" by the tragedy.Matthew, from Hairmyres, vanished from a hotel in Amsterdam on March 14 while on a trip celebrating his 21st birthday.Amsterdam Police have now launched an investigation after his body was pulled from a canal at the Molenkade in the city's Duivendrecht 18 days later.Celtic Chief Executive Peter Lawwell said today: "The passing of Matthew is devastating news for the entire McNeill family and our thoughts and prayers are very much with all family members at such a very difficult time.“We
