John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 3 December 1948) is an English singer, songwriter, actor and television personality. He rose to prominence during the 1970s as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath, during which he adopted the nickname "The Prince of Darkness".
Osbourne was fired from the band in 1979 due to alcohol and drug problems, but he went on to have a successful solo career, releasing eleven studio albums, the first seven of which were all awarded multi-platinum certifications in the United States. Osbourne has since reunited with Black Sabbath on several occasions.
OZZY Osbourne credits a high-tech £1700 wall mirror for keeping him in shape — using it in place of a personal trainer. The rocker, 71, who has Parkinsons’ Disease, believes the latest US fitness fad has aided his health.
The British Black Sabbath singer, who lives in LA with his wife Sharon, 67, has the high-tech screen, which comes with a virtual fitness coach, mounted on the wall in his mansion.
The home workout gadget, simply called Mirror, is popular with stars including Jennifer Aniston, 51, and Kate Hudson, 41. Dad-of-three Ozzy said: “I’m feeling a lot better, I go to my gym, where I have got one of these things to help you work out. "So, instead of the trainer, you’ve got a mirror and the training programme.
