metro.co.ukZendaya was praised by her fans for opting to keep her mask on indoors during the socially distanced Oscars ceremony which took place on Sunday night during the coronavirus pandemic.The ceremony was held across two venues: the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and the Union Stadium in Los Angeles.Trophies were handed out in person in front of a limited audience of 170 people who were rotated in and out of the event space throughout the evening, having taken at least three Covid-19 tests beforehand.Guests were also not required to wear face masks when the cameras were rolling on the ceremony, but Zendaya, 24, appeared to opt to keep hers on throughout when she was seated.However she did remove her mask outside to pose for red carpet.
